conference proceedings, authors will be invited to give an
oral/poster presentation on site.
*Abstract Submission- Accepted abstract will be included in
conference program, but will not published, authors will be invited
to give an oral/poster presentation on site

Policy on Multiple Submissions
ICITS will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is
under review, is accepted for publication, or has already been
published in another conference or a journal. Authors are also
expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ICITS
reviewing period.
If the author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following
acts of sanction will be taken:
*Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final
publications.
*Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and
affiliated institution(s)
*Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office
of academic ethics and research funding agency.
*Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the
article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details
of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist
Papers submitted for review must clearly
state:
* the purpose of the work;
* how and to what extent it advances the state-of-the-art;
* specific new results and their impact.
The degree to which the paper deals with these issues will affect
whether the paper is selected. The most frequent cause of rejection of
submitted papers is lack of new results. Only work that has not been
previously published at the time of the Conference will be considered.
Submission of a paper for review and subsequent acceptance is considered
by the Committee as an agreement that the work will not be placed in the
public domain prior to the Conference. The quality of the conference
will be guaranteed by a thoroughly selected Technical Program Committee,
which will provide feedback to the Authors.
After the paper selection, Authors will be informed of the decision of
the Technical Program Committee by e-mail. At the same time, the
preliminary program will be published on the website.
